Frequently asked
questions for Fendi sellers
-
How can I tell if my Fendi bag is real?
There are many hallmarks of an authentic Fendi handbag, such as the leather tag and the lining. As experts in handbag authentication and having worked with several of the world’s leading fashion houses and auction houses, we can authenticate your Fendi and determine whether your bag is real or fake and provide a detailed report.
Or, if you’re wanting to purchase a Fendi bag from a third-party seller, we will be able to authenticate it for you via the weblink. Find out more about our handbag authentication service.
-
When will I get paid after selling my Fendi handbag?
This will depend on which payment type you decide.
Your options can include:
Cash: Funds will be transferred into your bank account when we have processed and authenticated your handbag.
Voucher: If you’re looking to buy a bag from us, take the voucher and get 10% more. We credit your account for the amount agreed, that can then be spend as if it were cash. This money does not expire.
Consignment: This pays the most, up to 80% of the selling price. When the bag sells and after a 10-day cooling off period for buyer, we’ll contact you and arrange for the month to be paid into your bank account.

How do you determine the value of my Fendi bag?
As experts in prolonging the life of luxury handbags and accessories, we’ll evaluate your resale price based on the condition of your bag, the original price as well as the current market for your specific bag style.

What can you tell me about the Fendi brand?
In its 100-year tenure, Italian luxury fashion house Fendi has continued to be at the core of opulent and indulgent fashion. In 1965, Fendi welcomed Karl Lagerfeld to the brand as their innovative Creative Director and never looked back. The label is defined by bold palettes and eye-catching monograms, as well as being famed worldwide for its high-quality leather goods.
Whether it be powerhouse collaborations – Fendi/Versace - or reinventing the iconic Fendi Baguette Bag, they continue to retain their position in the world of high fashion and continue to grow more desirable each year.
